Over the past couple days, news has surfaced that one of the panels at this year’s Conservative Political Action Conference would be called “The Failure of Multiculuturalism: How the pursuit of diversity is weakening the American Identity” and feature the founder of VDARE.com, a white supremacist website named after the first European child born in North America. In response to this, the Twitter hashtag #CPACpanels materialized, meant to satirize the right-wing extremist viewpoints gathering in Washington, D.C. this weekend.
