Progress Michigan Calls on Senate to Stop Half-(p)assing Their Job
“Yesterday, the Senate failed to give the Medicaid expansion bill immediate effect, which is a mistake that will cost Michigan tax-payers roughly $7 million per day if implementation is delayed past Jan. 1,” said Lonnie Scott, executive director of Progress Michigan. “That is why Progress Michigan launched a petition today calling on the state Senate to stop half-(p)assing their job and give the bill immediate effect.”
