Today, President Barack Obama and former Governor Mitt Romney will face off in the first of three highly anticipated debates. At the outset, Obama is leading the national polls and is up in the battleground states.
Already, Republicans, Democrats, and the media agree that Romney needs a strong showing to have any chance in November. In lieu of this, Mitt Romney has spent the last several months practicing “zingers” in an attempt to score cheap political points.
