State Budget Framework Details Remain to Be Seen
Public education, healthcare, property taxes, and other priorities still need to be addressed
MICHIGAN — In response to Michigan House Speaker Matt Hall’s announcement that a framework has been reached with the governor and Senate on a state budget, Justin Mendoza, executive director of Progress Michigan, issued the following statement:
“We won’t hold our breath.”
