WEB DEVELOPER
General Description: The website staff maintains the day-to-day website operations. The website staff person will work closely with Democratic Caucus Members and their staff, staff photographer, graphic designers, web site designer, video/audio and communications staff.
Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a proven commitment to Democratic values, excellent organizational and time management skills, a tremendous work ethic. Required to have 2 years advanced knowledge of and experience with:
PHP 5.x, MySQL 5.x, XHTML 1.0, CSS 1 and 2 ,SSH/SCP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in the above as well as proficient/fluent in the following programs/languages: Dreamweaver, Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Object Oriented Programming, Linux Administration, and creative Web site designs. Political experience is preferred, but not required.
Salary Range: Negotiable
